Our Covenant Manifesto

“These values are not just words printed on a page, but the bedrock principles that we hold dear and are willing to defend with our very lives, without ever compromising.”

Unifying Pillars

Guiding DOVE Europe from house to house, city to city, and nation to nation.

01 / Foundation

Knowing God the Father through His Son Jesus Christ and living by His Word

We believe that the basis of the Christian faith is to know God through repentance for sin, receiving Jesus Christ as Lord, building an intimate relationship with Him and being conformed into His image. God has declared us righteous through faith in Jesus Christ.

John 1:12 John 17:3 Rom. 8:29 II Cor. 5:21
02 / Empowerment

Holy Spirit Baptism & Constant Dependence

We desperately need the person, presence, and power of the Holy Spirit to minister effectively in our generation. True transformation comes from the demonstration of His power, listening through active prayer and vibrant worship to hear His voice.

I Cor. 2:2-5 Acts 1:8 Eph. 6:12
03 / Mission

The Great Commission Completed

Fulfilling the commission through prayer, fasting, evangelism, discipleship, and active church planting globally. We utilize modern media, publication, and the arts to push back spiritual strongholds and proclaim Christ's lordship.

Matt. 28:19-20 Acts 2:38 II Cor. 10:3-4
04 / Covenant & Legacy

Sacred Covenant of Marriage & Family

Marriage between one man and one woman is instituted by God. Healthy families are vital to building high-integrity communities. We are committed to walking in holiness, keeping covenants, and training children to know and experience Jesus.

Mark 10:6-8 Eph. 5:22-6:4 I Thess. 4:3-8
05 / Spiritual Parenting

Spiritual Families & Intergenerational Call

Hearts of parents are turning to sons and daughters. We reject institutional coldness, committing to relational cell groups, active spiritual parenting, and releasing the generation of youth to labor together alongside the mature.

Mal. 4:5-6 I Cor. 4:15-17 Acts 2:17
06 / Multiplication

Spiritual Multiplication & Reproduction

Life produces life. We expect multiplication across all levels: small groups birth new small groups, local churches launch new congregations, and apostolic leaders emerge to shepherd new regional families in the nations.

Acts 9:31 Mark 4:20 Acts 13-15
07 / Culture

Relational Over Bureaucratic

Serving others and building robust trust is paramount. We reject heavy, top-down hierarchy or dead bureaucracy. Our global family is held together by organic, God-given family relationships, starting right at home in cell groups.

Acts 2:42-47 Gal. 5:13 I Peter 2:5
08 / Equipping

Every Believer is a Priest & Minister

Every Christian is anointed to hear from the Lord. Fivefold offices (apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, teachers) exist specifically to equip believers to serve. We must constantly hand ministry off, using homes as critical outposts.

Rev. 1:5-6 Eph. 4:11-12 Titus 1:5
09 / Leadership

Servant Leadership & Plurality

A clear servant leader works dynamically alongside a called team. We model humility, listening to what the Spirit says through those we serve. Apostolic overseers and elders protect and correct according to high biblical requirements.

1 Peter 5:1-4 Acts 15 Heb. 13:17
10 / Integrity

Generosity, Prosperity & Stewardship

Biblical prosperity fuels the Great Commission. We practice systemic generosity through tithing and strategic financial oversight. Leaders are accountable, ensuring strict transparent standards; salaried leaders do not set their own wages.

Mal. 3:8-11 II Cor. 8:1-7 Phil. 4:15-17
11 / Compassion

Missions & Justice for the Poor

Jesus commands us to cross cultural thresholds to reach the completely unreached. Simultaneously, we actively care for the orphan, widow, prisoner, and poor—both locally and globally—viewing material aid as lending to the Lord.

Acts 13:1-4 Matt. 25:31-46 Prov. 19:17
12 / Unity

Building the Kingdom with the Entire Body of Christ

Our focus rests purely on the broad Kingdom of God, realizing that DOVE is merely a small fraction of His global work. We proactively partner with other ministries, and align comprehensively with the historic Lausanne Covenant. We share resources, avoid division over minor nuances, and work to see all domains of society experience His Lordship.

Europe: A Crucial Harvest Field

Why Our Values Must Remain Absolute in Europe

Europe is transitionally post-Christian. With only 5% to 10% of Western Europeans attending Christian services on any given week, we encounter high secularization and vast religious diversity.

This reality requires church leaders who are creative, relationship-driven, and highly resilient. We do not adapt our values to fit the decline; we live out our values dynamically to bring fresh life, launching healthy, reproducing spiritual families in every city.

The Mandate Context

  • 1

    Prayer & Worship First

Sustaining missions from the spiritual plane, focusing completely on God's face.

  • 2

    Active Discipleship

Deep mutual responsibility, small-group accountability, and structural parenting.

  • 3

    Bold Evangelism

Proclaiming Jesus through diverse cultural resources, church planting, and acts of love.
